REFUND POLICY - RETURNS
Please know right from the start that here at PRITTY MUCH UNLIMITED DBA/ dogsRtreed, we value our customer relationships and want to make our customers as happy as humanly and caninely as possible!
**Our policy of first contact lasts 15 days. Please contact us within the first 15 days since you received your purchase. The full return period is 30 days, but it is important to contact us quickly, within the first 15 days of the date you received your product from us.
**To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
**To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
**Contact us via email at SUPPORT@DOGSRTREED.COM or phone prior to the 15th day deadline to initiate your return/exchange.
**There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Please remember, we DO want to make things right for you.
**Such as, but not limited to....
Book with obvious signs of use, items with foul smell, items that smell of smoke or are visibly dirty or damaged. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned WITHOUT CONTACTING OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PRIOR TO YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT. You must obtain prior approval to return an item.
**Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 1 week.
**Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days of when you contacted us, or within 10 DAYS IF YOU SHIPPED SOMETHING BACK TO US, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

**CLEARANCE items (if applicable)
Only REGULAR PRICED items may be refunded, unfortunately CLEARANCE items cannot be refunded. If an item was in a Clearance Collection - it is not refundable at all.
**EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at SUPPORT@DOGSRTREED.COM Only after you have contacted us and received our approval - can you then send it back. **GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you, or a discount code will be issued to you to use on the site shop.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, when approved and instructed to, you should mail your product to: 5288 W BLACKROCK RD, Suite H INKOM, Idaho US 83245
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
**When returning your item, you MUST use a TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive it, we apologize but no refund can be made.
