Shipping Policy and Questions

On ALL INTERNATIONAL order shipments that involve CUSTOMS AND DUTIES, the CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ANY AND ALL CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES when their package arrives.

What is the average shipping time?  

All in stock orders should ship out within 1 to 3 business days. Items that are "personalized" upon order will leave our facility within 5 to 10 business days.

 Some items may be marked to allow customers to order even when out-of-stock....(the customer would know this at the time of order)....and these are subject to the new stock arriving to the facility and being processed for shipment. Typically shipment would fall between the 5 to 10 business days on back-ordered items. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING times vary widely, and we cannot give an estimate of arrival time of your order.

Our goal is to get our customer's ordered products shipped out within 5 business days. Many orders go out within 24 to 48 hours, Only in one-off situations would the product go out later than this. Those situations may include, but are not limited to: SPECIAL ORDER OR PERSONALIZED PRODUCT; PRODUCT WHERE THE INVENTORY WAS ACCIDENTALLY INCORRECT; PRODUCT WON IN A CONTEST OR GIVEAWAY; PRODUCT BEING SHIPPED BACK OUT AFTER A DAMAGED RETURN; OR PRODUCT THAT MAY BE IN A PRE-SALE EVENT (of which the customers would have been previously made aware that it was a "pre-sale" event and shipment may take longer). On our most popular products, we do often allow product to be ordered when the inventory has gotten to zero. This is because we have quick access to our suppliers, screen printers and embroiderers and can turn around production fairly quickly.

We use various methods of shipments. Most shipments that are below 1 or 2 pounds will be shipped VIA US POSTAL SERVICE. At our discretion we may also use UPS, DHL, FED-EX or other shipping carriers of our choosing. WE WILL ALWAYS USE SHIPPING CARRIERS THAT PROVIDE US WITH A TRACKING #. This tracking # will always be available to our customers, so they may keep track of their shipments progress. PLEASE NOTE: If your order does not have an email address on it, we cannot sent you tracking information, unless you call us and let us know that you need us to send it to you.
